iDevice2PC lets you transfer songs, playlists, music videos, and podcasts from your iOS to your iTunes library or your PC. Automatic synchronization feature can search and transfer all missing songs and playlists. If you only want to transfer individual songs or playlists there is also a "manually mode" were you can specify the songs and playlists.
